Milling Explication

Milling is performed by milling machine, which possesses an assembled instrument, such as: milling tools, drills, reamers, multiflute drills, etc. Rotation of the tool in spindle, while milling, is called principle motion; constant motion of the part and tool relative to one another is feed motion, that provides necessary dimensions of the manufactured product.

Control of the tool motion and spindle rotation is conducted by lathe set program. Our company’ program processing is organized by high qualified engineers, using specialized PC program.

Dimension control of the completed part is conducted during different manufacturing stages by a controller and a quality inspector, using measuring tools, also by the special program, using measuring probe of the milling machine itself.
