Due to new equipment start-up we inform of a new service for our clients: long, high-accuracy shafts.
Nowadays we are glad to offer:
Any configuration shaft processing;
Drilling threads cuttings (buttress, tubing, die threads, etc.);
High-pitch thread cutting (trapeziform, metric);
4-coordinate milling shaft finishing (cutting-out shaft, shafts with different slots and holes diametrically);
Tubing stock machining for the oil sector.
Modern high-rigidity machine tool provides shaft machining of the parts up to 2.5-3.0 mm (0.07-0.11’’) length, 500 mm (19.68’’) diameter. Lateral and axial forces exert the shaft while in operation; shafts are constantly affected by torsional and bend deformation accordingly. Therefore shaft production is a complex manufacturing method, which is subject to constant engineers’ control of the company.
CNC machining provides averting of mounting surface grinding, resulting in:
