Customer Drawings Parts
Our machine-tool fleet provides series-production using turning lathes. Parts’ diameter is 8-400 mm (0.31’’-15.74’’), up to 2300 mm (90.55’’) length.
Series-part cutting using milling. Parts’ dimensions are up to 1100 mm (43,30’’) х 700 mm (27.55’’) х 600 mm (23.62’’).
Threads of any shape.
Machining accuracy – up to 0.003 mm (3 mym).
Surface roughness – up to Ra 0,16-0,4 mym.
High hardness details processing, up to 55
If requested, we are ready to assess the possibility of customer drawings part production immediately and calculate the production price promptly.
Engineering department of our company provides parts drawings on condition that customer gives the information on conjecturable part and presents counterparts.
