Chelyabinsk region’s historic significance urged us on the organization of the modern flexible manufacturing using advanced metalworking manufacturing techniques by means of CNC machines. Ever since one was at school remembers, that Ural – the key part of the state, best Russian craftsmen’ homeland. This is precisely why it was decided to make the main emphasis on using modern technologies and expansion of production standards. Using modern equipment, instruments, leading-edge technologies in the field of metalworking by cutting delivered high volume production capability. We managed to minimize the time between getting the design documents and manufacturing the first detail due to automation of the pre-production engineering.
Nowadays, we specialize in the manufacturing of small and medium series of details of a wide range of materials (carbonic, stainless, heat-resisting steel, nonferrous, titanium alloys, metalloids, etc), focusing on high precision standards and degree of surface roughness.

Modern machinery equipment fleet provides the realization of the following feasibility:

Modern Control Systems
