Since 2005 Centr Tochnoy Mekhaniki has customized profiling details of client’s drawings. In recent times, equipment fleet has been widened; manufacturing employees and professional managers have been educated.

Nowadays the company is specialized in fabrication for machine-building industry demands, hydraulics’ elements, oil and gas, instrumental and defense industries. The production of different isolation valves (with operating pressure up to 25 mPa) is set. Lathing and milling of carbonic, stainless, heat-resisting steel, nonferrous, titanium alloys have been acquired.

High level of skill of manufacturing employees and quality control department work allow getting consistent high production quality.

Lathing equipment is available; it provides tooling workpieces from 10 to 550 mm (0.39-21.65’’) in diameter, from 1 to 2400 mm (0.03-94.48’’) length, up to 800 kg (1763 lb) weight. Milling machine allows the production of 3 and 4-axis milling of parts up to 800 * 1400 * 500 mm (31.49*55.11*19.68’’) profile, up to 400 kg (881 lb) weight.

The manufacture is complete with all the monitoring systems of hardness, micrometers, inside gauges, screw and plain gauges. Measuring devices are regularly standardized at approved laboratory.

Our company cooperates only with certified suppliers of the materials, measuring and metal-cutting tools. As required, it is possible to manufacture workpieces of clients’ materials.
